I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, experienced in accounts preparation and audit in both small and large organisations. I graduated from the University of Lancaster with a first class degree in Mathematics and then trained as a Chartered Accountant, first with Ernst & Whinney (now part of Ernst & Young) and then KPMG . I have experience of accounts preparation for small/medium sized companies and also external auditing within the financial sector. I joined UEA in 1992 as an Associate Tutor in the School of Mathematics and transferred to the School of Management( now Norwich Business School) in 2001 first as an Associate Tutor and then a Lecturer.
