I have worked at UEA since 2001 and have held several senior leadership roles: Faculty Associate Dean for PGR and Head of the graduate school (2014 - 2018) and Lead Midwife for Education in School of Health Sciences (2013 - 2017). As an educational leader I have worked with teams to develop curricula at BSc and Masters level. Membership of committees included Faculty Learning and teaching committee, Chair of Faculty appeals and complaints for PGR, Chair of faculty PGR executive and member of the South East Asia dialogue group. I am interested in ensuring students engage in programmes in ways that stimulate their learning and maintain their wellbeing. I developed and led faculty training in PGR supervision which included a focus on student mental wellbeing. I maintain links with clinical areas through my role as link lecturer for Norfolk and Norwich University hospital delivery suite.
