Jiwei joined the School of Economics in September 2016, prior to this he has worked as a Research Associate at Warwick Business School (University of Warwick) and as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Transport Studies (University of Leeds). He completed his PhD at UEA School of Economics in 2014. His background is behavioural and experimental economics, and research interests include consumers' bounded rationality (e.g. anchoring effects, complexity aversion, choice overload, status quo bias, inattention, misperception) and individuals' coordination behaviour (e.g. tacit bargaining games, coordination games with focal points, trust games, public good games, team reasoning).
