I have been with Norwich Business School since 2010 and my current roles are Professor of Sustainable Energy Business and Associate Dean for Innovation for the Faculty of Social Sciences. I have previously held roles as Associate and Assistant Professor in Business and Climate Change.

My research focuses on energy sector innovation including smart grid and storage and the role of energy in the sustainability performance of corporate organisations. My projects have so far received funding of over  23m euros.
