My current research interests include workplace emotions and leadership, attachment theory in organisational contexts, ethical decision-making, and ethical leadership.
I am interested in supervising PhD research within the broad area of work/organisational psychology but particularly emotions at work, attachment theory in organisational contexts and leader-follower relations.
