Biography

I joined the UEA in June 2019 to teach and do research into a range of subjects that contribute to the digitalisation of business.  I focus upon the improvement of business functions, business models, and business processes supported by leveraging digital technologies and understanding their impact.

Before joining the UEA I worked at several Universities, mostly in the UK, but also Europe.  For example, I worked at the University of Portsmouth (UK) as a Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems.  Also, I was a Visiting Tutor at Obuda University (Hungary) where I taught C# Programming and Information System Development, and a Visiting Tutor at the University of Reading (UK) in the Informatics Research Centre, Henley Business School.  At the University of Reading, I taught Customer Relationship Management.  I have also been involved in consultancy, training, and knowledge transfer partnerships with business.
